Background

My name is Aridane Martín, I am a web developer based in Gran Canaria, Spain. Currently, I combine the design and development of all kinds of websites and applications with my work as a Tech Lead / Senior FE Developer at Openbank | Grupo Santander , where I lead the frontend integration of key systems like Pandora, a cash register software for the Polish market. 2024

As part of my work at Openbank, I contributed as a Senior Frontend Developer within the UK Cards domain, where we applied Hexagonal Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to build robust and scalable solutions. Later, I took on the role of Tech Lead in the integration of the Pandora cash register software for the Polish market, leading the frontend efforts in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.

2024

In collaboration with 'El Rincón', I participated as a tutor preparing the award winning student, Kilian Sosa to compete in the SpainSkills competition, a national competition that showcases the skills of young professionals in various fields.

Douglas

2022

I joined Douglas a leading beauty and cosmetics retailer in Europe, as a front-end developer as part of the consulting company Rindus. I was responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end of the company's e-commerce platform in 7 countries (Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, and Spain).

Secret Source

2021

I joined Secret Source, a digital agency based in the UK, as a front-end developer. I was responsible for developing a web app for NOCN collaborating with the design team to implement new designs and improve the overall user experience of the app.

2020

I joined EscolaPort Barcelona, a sailing school based in Barcelona, as a full-stack developer. I was responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and backend of the company's booking app, ensuring that it is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
